Better Cleaning Company were engaged in 2004 by way of competitive tender to carry out various cleaning services, from individual carpet cleans to the main cleaning services programme carrying out the daily cleaning to all 9 blocks within this huge building. The cleaning programme includes for daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly, and 6 monthly tasks.
The Works . . .
The works are undertaken on a six day week cycle. Tasks include, carpet vacuuming, shampooing, general dusting, deep cleaning, Terrazzo and Granite floor polishing, and non-slip treatments, in fact all cleaning tasks from A to Z.
